By using and purchasing through this site, you automatically acknowledge and agree to our store policies. We reserve the right to change these policies at any time


Refunds and Exchanges

Since our products are for personal use, all sales are final. We do not process refunds or accept exchanges. If you have an issue with your product, please contact us so that we can determine the best way to resolve. Customer satisfaction is our priority.


Shipping & Handling Terms (See Summer Shipping also)

Items are shipped within 4-7 business days after order has been placed and you will receive an email with tracking number once your item has shipped. Orders can not be cancelled once they have been shipped. We currently ship to the US only. Please note that around holidays or sales, shipping times may vary. Our preferred carrier is USPS. We will not be held responsible for items shipped to an incorrect postal address or deemed undeliverable due to wrong or incomplete address. Once the package has left our warehouse, has been received by the post office and a tracking number has been assigned, we are no longer liable for lost packages. If your shipment shows a confirmed delivery from the USPS, we are not liable/responsible for sending a replacement package. Please contact your local post office to open a case regarding the whereabouts of your package. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by carrier or undelivered addresses. Please note that we observe National Holidays, and the Postal Service cannot ship on these dates!


For local-pickup: You will receive an email/text when your order is ready. The email/text will include the meet-up location and instructions. Items must be picked up within 5 days after notification of it being ready. Items not picked up within 5 days will be returned to inventory and no refund will be issued.

 

Summer Shipping - applicable May - Sep

Some companies may discontinue shipping products such as body butters during hot months, however TP Body Essentials will continue offering them. We have made some accommodations to make shipping things that might melt during the summer more feasible. All packages that contain products that might melt and are shipped during high heat times will ONLY be shipped on a day that ensures the shortest travel time to you. If you are 2 days priority mail from me, I will not ship later in the week than Wed early afternoon so that you receive it by Friday. This is to ensure that your package is not sitting in a hot warehouse all weekend and risk the chance of melting. It will also be packaged with ice packs and/or thermal packaging. Please track delivery of your package to ensure it is not left out sitting in a hot mailbox or in the heat after deliver as it will melt.

If your product does melt - you can pop it into the re-fridge to for a few minutes then give it a quick stir. Melting does NOT effect the quality, vitamins and nourishment in your product.

WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION

When you purchase something from us, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, phone number and email address. We use this information for your purchase transaction only. We DO NOT share this information with third parties. We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law.


Security

We do not store, share, or track any personal financial information. All transactions are via third party payment processors using the latest encryption and security technologies.


Pricing and Availability:


Product pricing and availability are subject to change without notice, up until the order is completed and confirmed. We make every effort to provide you the most accurate information on pricing and availability. In addition, some of the items on our web site may be incorrectly priced or no longer available at the time you place your order. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. If for some reason we are unable to fill your order at any time (for example, if the product is not in stock), we will notify you by email and cancel your order for that item. We reserve the right to refuse to process or complete any transaction, and to cancel any transaction, in our sole discretion.


WARNINGS AND CAUTIONS: We use a variety of ingredients in our products. We ensure every effort to keep ingredients stored and handled separately, but at some point, one ingredient may come into contact with another ingredient. This would be similar to a warning that says, "This product has been processed in a facility that also processes ______". We do use nut butters (for example, Shea butter). Please contact us if you have more questions. It is your responsibility to be aware of personal allergies and irritations. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. All products are for external use only. All products should be kept out of reach of children. TP Body Essentials LLC is not responsible for injuries or accidents.
